By A Adams on 2012-06-19 11:11I have been strugglinlg to sleep for almost a month now. I fall asleep easily but wakes up in a sweat and ice cold and then I struggle to fall asleep again. When i do fall asleep I wake up very early in the mornings again. I don't know what to do anymore as i do not want to take sleeping pills.
