4 Tips to make your hair grow faster!

Who does not dream of having a long mane which flows over her shoulders or to regrow her hair after a terrible haircut.  So, here are four (4) simple tricks that will allow you to accelerate and promote the growth of your hair!
1 - Balanced nutrition
What are you eating to be beautiful? Well, for a wonderful hair, we must eat protein! In fact, protein is essential for a healthy hair, especially for keratin formation. We find protein among other things in fish, nuts, lean meats and eggs. Good fats (such as omega-3 fats and unsaturated), iron and zinc are also elements that you must continue to integrate into your diet to promote hair growth.
2 - A healthy body with a healthy mind
In my life, I had moments of intense stress. My hair has definitely suffered. It made me so panic that I was losing my hair, nothing to reduce my stress level!
Learn to relax and reduce the stress level can promote better hair growth. So yoga, breathing and your personal relaxation tricks are very useful​​.
3 - Do not attack your hair
Stop torturing your hair and it will thank you. So, do not comb your hair more than twice a day, choose wisely your styling products, avoid heating and flexible instruments. In addition, avoid hairstyles that pull your hair and intense chemical products.
4 - Vitamin B and Vitamin C
A delicious "smoothie" with strawberries, pineapple, banana and soy milk can definitely give a boost to your hair. Indeed, an adequate intake of vitamin C and vitamin B is necessary to avoid dry hair which, leads to advocating breaking. It is possible to obtain vitamin B from the pharmacy. Be aware that consuming huge quantities of these vitamins won't catalyze the growth of your hair, but a  deficiency of these may be contributing to the loss and thinning hair.
