Does Yoga make you smarter?

According to an American study, practicing yoga 20 minutes a day happens to boost our brain and stimulate our neurons. Skeptical? We will give you the Answer.
                       The virtues of yoga are proven. But what we didn't know that even a small meeting would also be beneficial for the brain. This at least what shows a study made by the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in the Journal of Physical Activity and Health.
They are 30 students who have played guinea pigs. The test program: yoga 20 minutes with figures and sequences of cognitive function tests. Result? There is a marked improvement in reaction time and accuracy of the participants.
After the stress and anxiety, yoga would be effective for our mental health. Breathe, meditate and you will be rewarded.
